Drive process standardization by defining structured workflows for the Design and Construction group to evolve governance requirements, roles, responsibilities, and project controls documents. Support the development of standardized documentation by structuring best practices with the Design and Construction team to deliver templates, tools, and processes. Partner with the teams and SME's to establish methods to improve standard project controls, including schedules, budgets, reporting, compliance documentation, risk management, and performance metrics. Establish documentation standards to ensure Design & Construction platforms are consistent, efficient, intuitive, and structured to enable effective reporting and portfolio-level visibility. Partner with a Community of Practice to drive the develop practical playbooks, implementation guides, and tools that translate PMO standards into consistent day-to-day execution. Distribute standards, playbooks, templates, and training materials to ensure internal teams and external partners understand and consistently apply PMO governance requirements. Promote adoption and organizational capability through supporting training and knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement, reinforcing consistent PMO practices across the department.
