Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across key accounts. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with a strong background in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting, who excels at client relationship management, account expansion, People Management and regional office growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increased revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting.
• 3+ of People management experience. Leading a small sales team.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.
• Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within relevant enterprise accounts and markets.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning capabilities.
• Client Industry experience: Airline, Pharma, Insurance

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 with a potential earning opportunity of 200K+. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
