We are seeking a User Support Specialist for a full-time, remote role to ensure an excellent support experience for our clients. The role involves addressing client inquiries, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, analyzing and resolving technical problems, and assisting with desktop computer configurations. You will work closely with teams to deliver timely and efficient solutions that meet client needs.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve client issues effectively.
• Strong Customer Support skills coupled with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Experience with Desktop Computers, including configurations and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Proficiency with various software tools and systems utilized in a digital marketing or support environment is advantageous.
